Each reservation area has an administrator. If you choose an open date and time that is in conflict, the administrator will contact you.
Every item added or changed is tracked. We have a record of all activity. Please follow the rules.
Only book open dates and times.
Never delete or change an event that is not yours.
Overbooking a resource will be changed by the administrator. For example: Booking a laptop cart everyday for one month is overbooking.
Anyone abusing these rules will not be able to make reservations without the help of their head of department or subject.
