Office 365 and Outlook

Apple Users
What You Need:
- Outlook in your Applications Folder. All YKPS Apple Users should have Outlook as part of OS X Office.
- Make sure you know your Username and Password. This is the username and password you use for accessing your school laptop or desktop computer.
- Make sure you are on Wifi.
- Allow 10-15 minutes to watch the video and complete the process.
- Watch the video before you try the setup.

Is your OS X Outlook the Wrong Version?
If so, download and Install This Program
Windows 7 Users
What You Need:
- Internet Explorer 8 or Higher. Check your Version Here
- Microsoft Office 2007 or higher with Service Pack 3. Check your Service Pack Version by following these instructions.
- Make sure you are on Wifi.
- If you need to update software allow 1 hour for installation.
If you need to Download Internet Explorer or Update your Service Pack get the software here

After you have completed the steps above you can configure your Outlook
Windows XP Users
What You Need:
- Internet Explorer 8 or Higher. Check your Version Here
- Make sure you are on Wifi or on cable Internet.
- Allow 1 hour 30 miutes for installation.
- Close all Office Applications. You cannot be using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
You have to download and install 5 pieces of software. Make sure you KNOW where the downloaded files are going.
Downloading to the DESKTOP is the best place.
First: Download Service Pack 3 Update: Chinese Version | English Version
WARNING. Do not download anything else until this software is downloaded and installed!
Second: Install Service Pack 3. Find and click the file. Allow Windows to Run and Install. Say, 'Yes' , to all questions. This can take 10-30 minutes. If your computer wants to restart, please allow it.
Third: Download the first Patch File.
Fourth: Install the first Patch file. Click and run it. Say, 'Yes', to all questions. Restart if required.
Fifth: Download the second Patch File
Sixth: Install the second Patch file. Same instructions as before.
Seventh: Download the third Patch File.
Eighth: Install the third Patch File. Same instructions as before.
Nineth: Download the fourth Patch File.
Finally...Install the fourth Patch file. When complete, SHUTDOWN your computer, and restart.
After you have completed the steps above you can configure your Outlook
